In an unprecedented transfer, the Punjab authorities is about to raise the residing requirements of its officers. A proposal is underway to assemble 127 high-end residences in Lahore’s prestigious DHA locality. Every of those opulent properties carries a price ticket of 35 crore rupees.
The blueprint of this formidable challenge has been forwarded to the Chief Minister’s Workplace for approval. As per the proposal, the DHA will lend its experience in constructing these luxurious abodes for the senior officers. The challenge envisages the development of those residences on a sprawling 1400 kanal land, with every 2 kanal home costing 35 crore rupees.
The Board of Income, answerable for the proposal, has submitted the plan to the Chief Minister of Punjab. The ultimate nod on this initiative rests with the Chief Minister, Maryam Nawaz Sharif, who is predicted to resolve in an upcoming cupboard assembly.
