How to Get an International Driving License in Punjab

You can get an international driving license in Punjab, Pakistan, in the following ways.

Via Rasta App

Download the Rasta App on your Android or Apple device and fill in your CNIC and other required information. You can book an appointment at the nearest licensing center for your desired time slot.

Visit your designated licensing center at the allotted time to process your international driving license.

International Driving License Application Form

You will get an international driving license application form while visiting your nearest licensing center. Take your CNIC, passport, and original national driving license with you. Fill out the form and attach the following required documents.

  • Attested CNIC copy
  • Attested Valid Driving License copy
  • Attested Passport copy
  • Two attested passport-size photographs, from front and back, one each
  • Rs. 22 ticket for court fee
  • Rs. 60 ticket
  • Rs. 180 on STR to be deposited in the branch after passing the test

Your international driving license is delivered to your home within 24 hours of applying. You can visit the licensing center if you don’t receive it after 24 hours of submitting the application form.

How to Get an International Driving License in Islamabad

You can get an international driving license in Islamabad by visiting the Citizen Facilitation Center, G-11/4, Islamabad. Get the token when you reach the license office and wait for your turn. Fill in the application form with the required details. The next step will be the LIVE camera picture and biometric. You get an e-receipt after paying the fee and submitting the documents to the concerned person.

You can collect your International Driving License from the office on the date mentioned on the e-receipt. The City Islamabad app also tells you about your application status for an international driving license. The following are the required documents for an international driving license.
