All the visa process is done in person at the Canada Visa Application center Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad. The biometric is required for all applicants, and additional charges will be paid by the applicant for the biometric and visa processing by Canada Visa Application Center CVAC. The photos may not be required as the CVAC staff takes the phots on spot, but it is strongly recommended to take the required photos along.

Procedure to apply for Canada visa from Pakistan

Here is the process according to the visa types

Canada Tourist Visa From Pakistan Requirements

– Duly signed separate application form for each applicant
– Original passport with at least six months validity and must have one blank page.
– Copies of all old/expired passports.
– 1 photo copy of the front page of the current passport
– Photo Copy of Nadra issued CNIC
– 2 current photos, not more than 6 month old. Write applicant’s name, and date of birth clearly in English on back of the photo.
– Letter of your employment, which should include your salary, position, date hired, and the approved leaves dates should be mentioned clearly. If you are dependent (House wife, student or child) than give the evidence of husband or father’s employment.
– Children under age of 16 who are traveling alone must provide consent of both parents. If there is a minor with subject f custody order, evidence of custody and the other parent’s consent must also be provided. If only one parent is traveling with a minor child, a letter of consent from the other parent allowing the child to travel is required.
– Copy of “B” form-Nadra- computerized (in case of traveling with children)
– Bank Statement of the last 6 months
– Air ticket reservation Print out
– Hotel Reservation Or
– If you have an invitation from a sponsor, then the following documents are required along with it: -Copy of Passport of the sponsor
– Bank Statement of the sponsor of last 6 months
– Any other documentation/information showing your ties to Pakistan, like property documents, any wealth certificates etc

Canada Business Visa from Pakistan Requirements

– Attested Invitation letter
– Duly signed separate application form for each applicant
– Original passport with at least six months validity and must have one blank page.
– Copies of all old/expired passports.
– 1 photo copy of the front page of the current passport
– Photo Copy of Nadra issued CNIC

The application is submitted via CVAC (VFS global) services from Pakistan. IF you need to provide the biometrics than additional 85 CAD will be charged by CVAC.

Canada Visa Rejection Appeal from Pakistan

If your Canadian Visa is rejected by Citizenship and Immigration Canada than you do have options to appeal. The time of appeal is very short, you will be given 30 days to appeal again.
You can appeal at the Case Processing Centre CPC, or file an appeal at Immigration Adjudication Division IAD or last option is to file an appeal at the Federal Court of Canada.
